STIMEX LTD is one of the main firms in the country for design, manufacture and assembly of the vessels under pressure according to Decree Nr. 28 “Structure and safety operation of vessels under pressure” and gas equipment according to Decree Nr.21 “Structure and safety operation of the gas equipment and gas installations”.
The firm has established in 1991 with seat in Haskovo. STIMEX LTD has designer’s, production and repair units. The specialists in the designer’s unit are certificated for design of vessels and equipment according to Decree Nr. 28 and Nr. 21. The designers have many years experience, they worked in the Institute for chemical machinery construction to CHIMMASH J.St.Co. Haskovo and know the requirements for constructions and technological possibilities of the firms-manufacturers in Bulgaria. With constructive documentation of our firm are manufacturing vessels and tanks in our production basis and in KZU (“ZLMK” – September).
The designs have been preparing according to national and EC – rules.- AD-Merkblaetter, API, ADR and other standards. Construction documentation have been preparing with program - product ACAD.
STIMEX LTD has certificate for:- manufacture, mounting, repair and reconstruction of the vessels under pressure.- mounting, repair and reconstruction of the gas equipment and gas installations- manufacture, mounting and repair of steam-generators with pressure up to 0,8 Mpa.
The production basis of the firm is on the total area 2000 m2. There are the following differentiated workshops: preparing, fitter’s, mechanical, fittings and open production ground. The warehouse basis includes cover and open stores, equipped with necessary elevating gears. The materials for our production are delivery from “Stomana”-Pernik, Kremikovtzi and Ihtiman. Technological possibilities (guillotine, shafts for bending, drilling machines, machine tools, cutters, weld machines etc.) of the production basis make possibility the manufacture of vessels and tanks under pressure with capacity up to V=10m3 .
The workers in our firm hold the necessary qualification and rate for work. The welders have a certificate by European standards, EN 287-1.
The vessels under pressure with capacity bigger as V=10 m3 have been manufacturing in specialized enterprises with them our firm has contracts: KZU Sofia, CHIMMASH-Haskovo etc. Together with “PRK” E.J.St.Co.- Dobritch, we are manufacturing self-supported construction for wheeled tanks for the following products: LPG with capacity up to V=52 m3 and CO2 (carbon-dioxide), according to ADR. By request from customers we have been manufacturing and installing tanks on the chassis.

We have mounted modules in Kosovo.
The firm manufactures a gas fuel station (Object: LUKOIL-Bansko) with underground mounted tank and with installed on the tank pump. This type of gas fuel station has a big success and it is applied in a mass.
- Fuel stations
We are execute the machine and technological part for the local customers. The firm manufactures and installs fuel stations from new type , with double-walls tanks and electrical-conductivity polymeric pipes and fittings.
- Autoclaves for sterilization of cans
The firm offers type-sizes with different volume and thermophore (steam or electric power), by customer’s wish.The autoclaves are for local customers and for export to Russia.
- Installation for boza
We offer 4 type-sizes with different productivity. The equipment is certified from Ministry of Health, Department “State sanitary control” and organization of HEC. We manufactured and installed installations in Bulgaria, Turkey, Albania and Zambia.
- Steam-generators – produce steam with low pressure.
- Ordinary vessels under pressure – resivers, hydrofors, filters etc.

Firm STIMEX LTD makes the necessary tests, issues the passports of the products and documents for acceptance of the objects from notified body and puts into operation.
